Terms of Service

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Moonbow Ecom LLC, doing business as RollHeatPrinter, governing your use of rollheatprinter.com and the purchase of products through the site. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to place an order.

Acceptable use

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify [email protected] immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

Orders, pricing, and order acceptance

All orders are offers to buy and are subject to our acceptance. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion before shipment, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or shipping restrictions. Refunds for cancelled orders are issued within five business days. Prices are in US dollars and subject to applicable state and local sales tax, calculated at checkout based on the destination address.

Pricing and typographical errors

If a printer is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your card charged.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Payments are processed by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. We do not store payment card details on our servers.

Shipping and risk of loss

See the shipping policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier marks the package as delivered.

Hardware warranty

Hardware warranty is provided by the manufacturer (HP) only. RollHeatPrinter does not offer, extend, or honor a separate retailer warranty. See the disclaimer.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly set forth in these terms, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RollHeatPrinter, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the site or the products we sell. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the products is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moonbow Ecom LLC from any claim, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

Intellectual property

The site, including text, graphics, photographs, layout, and the RollHeatPrinter name and logo, is owned by Moonbow Ecom LLC and protected by US copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. HP, ENVY, DeskJet, OfficeJet, LaserJet, Smart Tank, and ScanJet are trademarks of HP Inc., used solely to identify the printers we sell.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable US federal law. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in the State of Delaware. You and we each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing [email protected] with subject "Arbitration opt-out." Either party may bring an individual action in small-claims court.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of these Terms or conduct we believe is harmful.

Changes to these terms

Material changes take effect 30 days after posting at the top of this page.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms together with the Privacy Policy and linked policies are the entire agreement.
