Scope
This Privacy Policy describes how Moonbow Ecom LLC, doing business as RollHeatPrinter, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information of visitors and customers of rollheatprinter.com. It applies to the website, our customer-service email and phone channels, and any related services we operate. We are based in the United States and serve customers in the United States only.
Personal information we collect
We collect the following categories of personal information, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):
- Identifiers: name, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses, account username, IP address.
- Commercial information: products purchased, viewed, or saved; order history.
- Internet activity: pages visited, referrer, browser, device type, session duration (first-party cookies and server logs).
- Approximate geolocation: city-level from IP for fraud screening and shipping estimates. We do not collect precise GPS location.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processor; we receive last four digits, card brand, and a transaction reference only.
- Communications: content of emails, chat, and phone calls with support.
We do not knowingly collect biometric data, health data, immigration status, union membership, religious beliefs, or precise geolocation.
How we use it
- Process and ship orders, send confirmation and tracking, handle returns.

- Maintain, secure, and improve the site (aggregate analytics only).
- Send transactional email (order, shipping, returns).

How we share it
We share personal information only with the service providers needed to run the store, and only the minimum each one needs: payment processor (name, billing address, card token), shipping carriers (name, shipping address, phone, weight), email service provider (name, email), cloud hosting and security providers (logs, IP, request metadata), and tax authorities and law enforcement where required by US law. Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of first-party cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. Full detail is on the cookie policy. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out.
How long we keep it
- Order records: seven (7) years (US tax and accounting).
- Account profile: until deletion request, then within 30 days.
- Marketing list: until you unsubscribe, then suppressed indefinitely.
- Server logs: 90 days.
- Customer-support tickets: 2 years from last activity.
How we protect it
All traffic is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Payment data is handled in a PCI-DSS-compliant environment by our payment processor. We use access controls, audit logging, and least-privilege internally.
Data breach notification
If a security incident exposes your personal information, we will notify affected customers without unreasonable delay and within the timeframes required by applicable US state breach-notification laws.
Your privacy rights
Subject to identity verification, you have the right to know, correct, delete, port your data, opt out of sale/sharing, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Children's privacy
RollHeatPrinter is intended for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in keeping with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, email [email protected] and we will delete it within 30 days.
International users
RollHeatPrinter ships only to addresses in the United States and processes all customer data on US-based servers. If you access the site from outside the US, you consent to your information being transferred to and processed in the United States.

Material changes are announced at the top of this page and, where required by law, by email to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect.
